Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist blends strategy and hands-on action to promote STARTEK and constantly evolve our recruitment process in a way that continues to create the ultimate candidate experience. This position requires use of critical thinking, creative ability to source the right candidates via the standard as well as not-so-obvious methods and the capability to independently provide solutions to challenges. Requirements for Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist:
-       Passion for creative candidate sourcing, forward-thinking advertising and creating the ultimate candidate experience;
•       Ability to support multiple shifts
•       Monitoring the ‘pulse’ of the candidate landscape. Get ahead of trends, monitor other companies as collaborators to share talent,
•       The ability to get “in the trenches”, be a collaborator that thrives with high volume recruitment;
•       Comfort in a complex business and swift changing work environment;
•       Practicing autonomy internally with strong external employer branding;
•       Ability to manage multiple projects at once, focused on accuracy and results;
•       A strong work ethic and inability to settle for less than the best output, methods and improvement;
•       Ability to converse and act on multiple levels of the organization; among hourly Brand Warriors, various levels of management and the executive leadership team;
•       Ability to be creative. Think outside of the box. Use your imagination!
