The successful candidates will be Interfacing with our Spanish Speaking customers via inbound or outbound calls or through Chat and Social Media for the purpose of resolving customer issues with products or services while practicing superior customer service! Focus on one call resolution for all customers and ensuring all avenues for solving the customer’s issues are evaluated. Candidates must be able to handle inbound technical calls effectively and efficiently through the use of proactive customer service and call control techniques and proven technical troubleshooting procedures
  • Creates an exceptional experience for the customer by using professional customer service techniques
  • Resolves customer questions / concerns efficiently and effectively through the use of active listening
  • Resolves customer issues on the first call
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in IT
  • Computer Repairs Certification
  • IT Essentials 1 & 2 is a plus
  • Ability to read, write and speak Spanish and English a must!
  • Ability to properly handle rejection.
  • Empathy and communication skills
  • Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable.
  • Effective written, verbal, and sales skills.
  • Willingness to be flexible with schedule
