Manager of Leadership Development

Position Overview
As Manager of Engagement Management Development you will work with the Leadership Development team to implement STARTEK leadership programs and initiatives within a specific region. These programs and initiatives will provide current and upcoming leaders with the skills and experiences to lead the company successfully into the future. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations with a dotted line to the Sr. Manager of Engagement Management. This roles will work with operations, HR, and senior leaders to identify gaps and challenges to program success, and present recommendations to stakeholders for achieving leadership development goals.

Responsibilities

•Collaborate with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to drive various talent development programs including development planning, and leadership development.
•Design and implement comprehensive organizational development, programs, and action plans to improve performance based on the strategic vision of the company.
•Lead managers in the strategic vision through project leadership and management
•Must be strategic and creative in addressing future challenges while aligning with business growth and profitability goals
•50% Travel Required

Job Requirements

Qualifications
•3-5 years’ experience with Leadership Development or Training and Development
•The ability to influence leadership in a highly dynamic environment
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across engagement centers, functions and levels
•Proactive change agent with a strong sense of urgency to drive results
•Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
•Critical thinker with a strong ability to diagnose the performance of an account/ site and identify solutions to business issues.
•Proactive change agent who can lead through influence and with a strong sense of urgency to drive results.
•Project management skills
