Job Requirements

Position Summary: Responsible for managing projects defined by Support Services Management involving teams focused on successful and efficient implementations.

Responsible for managing projects defined by Support Services Management involving teams focused on successful and efficient implementations.• Manages site build outs and closures as well as program implementation and ongoing project ramps. 
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project plans in Microsoft Project software to support specific operational initiatives. 
• Assembles project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities, coordinate matrix interfaces and develop timeframes to facilitate successful implementation of project activities and deliverables. 
• Organizes project activities that are within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. 
• Facilitates customer feedback and suggestions for operational improvements and incorporates recommendations as appropriate. • Works closely with analytical resources to proactively identify redesign potential and opportunities for improvement. 
• Ensures successful implementation of extended business opportunities identified by the company. 
• Acts as platform resource for understanding key factors and influences within the industry. 
• Acts as liaison for communications between the company and its clients and vendors. 
• Assists and supports platform senior management in defining company goals and objectives and prioritizing tasks that support established goals and objectives.

• Defines and Distributes changes in plans as a result of authorized scope changes. 
• Communicates project issues on a timely manner and escalates accordingly. Communicates with project stakeholders as appropriate. 
• Conducts project status meetings, problem resolution meetings and lessons learned activities. Maintains project documentation from project initiation to project closure. 

Experience:  A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is required.

Other position Considerations:
➢ Travel may be required to attend work related meetings and training sessions. ➢ May be required to work a flexible schedule that provides needed coverage for customer service levels and/or time-sensitive projects. Incumbent must be able to support operations which are opened weekends and evenings. All employees must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, holidays and emergency shifts as required.
