Essential Duties & Frequency Performed
1. Administers offer and welcome letters for agent-level employees.
2. Administers internal job opportunity postings and bid process for agent level employees and plans out needs 1 month.
3. Conducts initial HR pre-screen interview, HR interview, and schedules and administers HR pre-employment tests.
4. Schedules Operations interviews.
5. Oversees the application process including ensuring applicants read and understand job descriptions, auditing applicant tracking system (Taleo, PreVisor) on release information for applicant data, and maintaining all applications.
6. Provides tours and realistic job previews for candidates during interview process
7. Administers background checks and drug screening when applicable.
8. Creates, updates and distributes daily recruiting reports
9. Compiles ATS reports.
10. Partners with Operations in rehiring process
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibility & Decision Making Authority
Duties and tasks are standardized where limited judgment is required. Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to Recruiting Manager.
Supervised by Recruiting Manager. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks

Skills & Abilities
•         Fluent in speaking and writing English.
•         Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization and the general public.
•         Solid organization skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
•         Solid knowledge of computers and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite of products - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
•         Ability to work in a highly deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
•         Strong knowledge of recruiting/sourcing processes, procedures, organization and tools.
•         Knowledge of behavioral interview techniques.
•         Solid ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
•         Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills; ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail.
•         Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
•         Ability to speak bilingually if recruiting bilingual positions.


Job Requirements

Education & Experience
Education : High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Job Experience : One (1) year with high volume recruiting experience preferred. Call center/center experience preferred.

  • Able to work independently, taking initiative as needed and works well in a team environment

Equipment Used
Personal computers/video display terminal (including mouse, external hard drives, etc.), printers, scanners, copiers, facsimile, telephones and other commonly used office accessories/equipment. Equipment requires involved set-up, adjustments and operational procedures (e.g. word processing equipment, personal computers, scanners and digital copier/printer).
Working Conditions
Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
