Job Description

Essential Duties & Frequency Performed
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business and answers questions about the organization.  Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls and/or answers questions. Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls.Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel

Job Requirements

Skills & Abilities:
•         Fluent in verbal and written English
•         Solid knowledge of computers and software applications including spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), word processing (Microsoft Word), and e-mail (Microsoft Outlook) software applications
•         Strong customer services skills
•         Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
•         High School Graduate or GED required. Associates’ degree (AA) from a two-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
•         Use of standard office equipment and personal computer (PC)

One year minimum as a Hotel Receptionist
