A day in the life of a Coffee Engagement Specialist at STARTEK includes:
  • Answering inbound calls, assisting customer with inquiries related to coffee products, and providing personalized customer engagement.
  • Resolving customer issues via phone on the first contact.
  • Recommending and selling coffee-related products and services.
  • Following policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer engagement.
  • Utilizing computers for gathering and tracking information as well as troubleshooting issues.
  • Meeting established productivity and quality standards.
  • This role is a temporary/seasonal opportunity, with no guarantee of a permanent role following the completion of the project.




Job Requirements

This role might be for you if:
  • You have at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • You have a minimum of 3-6 months (1 year preferred) of previous customer service experience.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are comfortable working on a computer while simultaneously talking on the phone.
  • You have superior knowledge of our client’s coffee related products and services
  • You have the ability to be an ambassador for our client’s brand.
  • You can maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive customer data.
  • You can prioritize and delegate tasks.
  • You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You can make business decisions as needed.
  • You are resilient in stressful situations.
  • You are flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as well as overtime, emergency shifts, and during holidays as required.
  • You are a self-starter, are motivated, and have a passion for helping customers
  • CCR for Healthcare clients requires HIPPA training to access electronic protected health information.
